Sharala Axryd

Sharala Axryd is the Founder and Managing Director of The Center of Applied Data Science. Sharala has worked with various local and international clients, including Orange Switzerland, Vodafone Group, Connex Romania, Proximus Belgium and many more. She is a qualified Systems Engineer, holding the Masters qualification in Mobile and Satellite Communications. and has more than 15 years of experience which extends to technical and non-technical areas of System Engineering where she is significantly exposed. She was also involved in the GPRS Performance Analysis and Optimisation where she carried out workshops and trainings at in United Kingdom and The United States of America. Currently, Sharala is also the Managing Director of a Malaysian training entity – Ulearn Group and has successfully spearheaded the Hands on Technology Training (HOTT), evolving the company to be the first industry to develop an Automated Competency Gap Analysis (UrSkillsReporter) which is widely used in telco businesses.
